iBR9000 - Portable iButton Reader
Small but tough with a stainless steel read head and a fiberglass-reinforced nylon case, the rugged iBR9000 is ideal for applications such as guard tour and maintenance checks. It is small enough to fit in a pocket, on a key chain, or on a lanyard, but powerful enough to store up to 9000 touch memory button IDs with date and time. The replaceable CR2 lithium battery provides long life and is readily available.
The iBR9000 communicates with management software via a USB IR encoder. The communications software is a web-based platform that can be installed on a Mac or PC, enabling users to access and download data remotely or locally. The software allows users to name the iButton and reader, sort, filter, report, and export. Since the touch memory buttons cannot be duplicated, users know who did what, when, and where.
Additionally, Videx has a network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) who have created industry specific applications fine-tuned to a wide variety of needs. These applications include maintenance, security, payroll, deliveries, and more.
