Training on your system may be provided by your reseller or by Videx corporate trainers.
There are different training classes available:
- Professional Basic:
This interactive webinar covers an introduction to the CyberLock hardware and Professional software as well as suggestions for implementing a Web Professional CyberLock system. - Professional Advanced:
This interactive webinar is for network installations and working with certain communication devices. It covers remote access, remote communicators,
and more. - Enterprise:
Please call Videx about qualifications for this class. - CyberLock Hardware Maintenance Training:
This tutorial provides troubleshooting tips for CyberLock hardware.
Training classes are held Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, Pacific Time.
