What's New

CyberKey Vault cabinetsIntroducing CyberKey Vaults, two smart key cabinets that offer a whole new approach to key management. These intelligent cabinets provide:

Secure access to the vaults . . .
An RFID card or PIN must be entered to open these rugged metal cabinets and entered again to request a key to be programmed and released. As an additional layer of security, any CyberKey that has been docked in a cabinet cannot be forcibly removed without destroying the key.Award winner

Secure access to your keys and the locks in your facility . . .
CyberKey Vaults are unique because the electronic keys that are stored in the cabinets contain no access permissions to open any locks. The keys remain in this unprogrammed state until an employee enters their PIN or RFID card to program and release a key that contains their individual access permissions.

Automatic reporting of key activity and lock openings . . .
When an employee returns their electronic key to the cabinet, a report of that key’s activity and lock openings is automatically sent to management via a network connection. As soon as the report is sent, the key returns to an unprogrammed state and remains so until another employee presents the required identification.

Economic advantages . . .
Electronic CyberKeys can be shared by any number of employees. This sharing of keys and dispensing them automatically is an efficient, cost-saving way to manage a company’s resources. In addition, a ring of mechanical keys can be attached to an electronic key for safekeeping in the cabinets so, by extension, management can also get a report of their mechanical key activity.
